Compensation if a workplace injury leads to long-term health issues in daily life. Compensation is given for a permanent injury of 5% or more.

Who must be covered by Arbejdsskadeforsikring?

As an employer you are required to have a workplace injury insurance for all employees — paid or unpaid. If you are a director in an ApS or A/S, you must be covered by the company’s Arbejdsskadeforsikring. The same applies to shareholders who work in the company.
